GlowStar Digital is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to start conversations with prospects and book client meetings. You’ll be cold calling, setting meetings for our closer, practicing regularly with role-plays, and working fully inside a modern CRM. This remote, independent contractor role offers exceptional flexibility, performance-based earnings, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a growing and innovative company.
Earn 80% commission on the first month’s service fee from every new client you help bring in (20% in month 2, 10% in month 3).
Bonuses:
$150 bonus when your first qualified appointment shows within the first 7 days of starting.
$1,000 bonus in your first month when 20 decision-makers show up to your booked meetings.
$20 for every qualified decision-maker who attends (shows) the scheduled call.
$50 for each additional show, over the threshold of 5 qualified appointments that show per week (stacks with above).
Additional $20 for each no-show that you successfully reschedule and that shows within 2 calendar days of the original appointment time.
$250 paid when 6 new prospects close (become our clients) in 1 month because of appointments you set.
